An iconic site

The challenge

On the iconic site at the Sonian forest in Brussels, Cores is reinstating the monumental building formerly known as Royal Belge. The plan is to create space for a hotel, offices, restaurants & bar, a gym and a spa. There's also space for a residential area that offers luxury living in an exclusive environment.

Monumental architecture

Our task to create an impression of this amazing project. We created a series of interior images, showing all the different features. For the exterior, we focussed on the monumental architecture by using CGI and a 3d animation.
