Versluys Group is a solid player when it comes to real estate at the Belgian coast. At the Oosteroever site in Ostend, they upgraded the area with a full masterplan consisting of over 10 buildings that create the space for retail, entertainment and living. Not a small assignment to cover so they asked Nanopixel to help with the visual marketing.
We created the visual content for each single one of the buildings, as well as for the complete masterplan. Exteriors cgi's that show the harmony of the architecture and the exquisite location and interior images that focus on the high-end finish that the apartments offer. As a solid partner of Versluys, we also made them a custom showroom experience to increase the sales of their project.
